Even if you see two servers, they currently connect you to the same server. The main server is located in Frankfurt, Germany. The USA server used to be a proxy for those who lived in NA that redirected you to the EU server. Note: Some players, even those with low latency, have reported that using a vpn such as exitlag greatly improved the gaming experience. It seems like some players suffer a routing issue and if that is your case this might fix it for you.
